BSMM

Epilogue -Pk

Tapasvi decides to confront PK on-air. During the debate, PK says the "God that created us all" is the only one people should believe in, and that the other "duplicate Gods" are created by man. Tapasvi claims he has a direct connection to God and refers to his prediction of Sarfaraz's betrayal as proof. PK realises that Sarfaraz did not write the letter. Jaggu contacts the Pakistan Embassy in Belgium where Sarfaraz worked part-time. The embassy tells her that Sarfaraz still loves her, and transfers the line to Sarfaraz. Jaggu and Sarfaraz reconnect, and Tapasvi is forced to return PK's remote.

Meanwhile, PK has fallen in love with Jaggu, but refrains from telling her because she loves Sarfaraz. Having filled multiple audio tapes with her voice alone, he takes two suitcases full of tapes and extra batteries when leaving for home. After his departure, Jaggu publishes a book about him.

One year later, PK returns to Earth on a new research mission on human nature along with several other aliens

How to lose weight ?

You don’t need to exercise to lose weight on this plan, but it is recommended. The best option is to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Do a warm up, lift weights, then stretch. If you’re new to the gym, ask a trainer for some advice.

By lifting weights, you will burn a few calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down, which is a common side effect of losing weight (14, 15).

Studies on low-carb diets show that you can even gain a bit of muscle while losing significant amounts of body fat .If lifting weights is not an option for you, then doing some easier cardio workouts like running, jogging, swimming or walking will suffice. It is best to do some sort of resistance training like weight lifting. If that is not an option, cardio workouts work too.

Prologue -PK

The alien tells her that he is a research scientist from his planet. The people of his planet know nothing about dress, god and verbal communication. They transceive ideas by holding both of their hands with the person whom they are communicating. The longer they hold hands, greater information like language, skills, behaviour can be passed. After he landed on Earth, he learned to fit in among humans by wearing clothes and using money stolen from couples having sex in "dancing cars". After being accidentally hit by a truck, he was befriended by bandmaster Bhairon Singh (Sanjay Dutt), who took him along with his troop. Initially unable to communicate, he attempted to learn human language by grabbing peoples' hands andabsorbing their memories through touch, but people chased him away, believing him to be a pervert. Bhairon took him to a brothel, where the alien held a prostitute's (Reema Debnath) hand for six hours and thus learned the Bhojpuri language.

Bhairon had a conversation with the alien, and suggested that the thief may be in Delhi. The alien left for Delhi. Due to his strange behaviour, people assumed he was drunk and called him PK (pee-kay, Hindi for "drunk"); he adopted this name. People told him that only "God" could help him find his remote. PK sincerely practiced every Indian religionattempting to find "God", but to no avail. He later discovered that Tapasvi had his remote, that he claimed was a gift from God. Tapasvi refused to return the remote. After hearing PK's story, Jaggu promises him that she will recover his remote so he can return home.

Snakes!

Snakes consume a variety of items including termites, rodents, birds, frogs, small deer and other reptiles. Snakes eat their prey whole and are able to consume prey three times larger than the diameter of their head because their lower jaw can separate from the upper jaw. To keep prey from escaping, snakes have rear-facing teeth that hold their prey in their mouths.

Venomous snakes inject their prey with venom, while constrictors squeeze their prey. They do not need to hunt everyday. Anacondas and pythons can survive for up to a year without food after feeding.

Snakes are found throughout the world except Antarctica, Iceland, Ireland, Greenland and New Zealand. Most snakes are found in tropical regions. Snakes are found in many habitats including in the water, forests, deserts . Snakes must shed their skin three to six times per year.

Sleepless Night .

As a college student, I had my fair share of sleepless nights. But as I matured and learned from the adverse affects I suffered because of those late nights, I began to realize that at the core of a healthy, long life is good sleep. Surprisingly, what we hear about health usually revolves around exercise and nutrition; the truth about sleep one of the most important factors to attaining vitality is often left out of the mix.

Losing sleep is certainly not something to be taken lightly. An occasional night of tossing and turning is normal, but continued patterns of this behavior can cause real problems in your ability to function normally. Research shows that inadequate sleep can have disastrous effects on your weight loss efforts, impair your concentration, and even mimic the symptoms of impaired glucose tolerance which can lead to diabetes and hypertension.

Your mood also suffers when you don’t get enough sleep, causing you to become disoriented on the job, fatigued behind the wheel of a car, or irritated at home. But more importantly, these mood swings can affect your relationships with others, and even lead to depression.

Jokes :)

Funny quotes are great for bringing a bit of humor into our lives. They help to lighten the mood, they’re excellent for breaking the ice, and of course, they’re fun to share with friends. After all, as my friend once said, “Laughter is the shortest distance between two people.”

Some of the most entertaining quotes, in our opinion, are those that are not only witty, but also wise conveying some universal truth. Funny quotes about life, love, and friendship those that we can relate to  are especially comical.once . “The best jokes are dangerous, and dangerous because they are in some way truthful.”

Maggie!

At home, Maggie’s younger half-siblings Bobby and Molly are leaving to stay with their aunt. Maggie talks to Bobby, who mostly understands what she is undergoing. She withdraws from her family, struggling to cope with her hopeless situation and torn about contacting her friends. Falling from a swing, she breaks a finger on her infected arm, from which black fluid oozes. Terrified, even though she feels little or no pain, and despairing over her deteriorating body, Maggie  cuts off the finger. She flees outside and encounters a neighbor,  Nathan, and his young daughter, both senseless with infection. Wade kills both zombies but feels extreme remorse. The responding sheriffs consider Wade blameless, instead blaming Nathan’s wife Bonnie, who hid her infected family from the authorities. Bonnie visits Wade that night, decrying the dehumanizing treatment of the infected and revealing that Nathan had locked himself in with his sick daughter, becoming infected himself, rather than abandon her to death among strangers in quarantine.

A doctor warns Wade that Maggie’s condition is worsening quickly, leaving him three eventual options: she can be quarantined, which Wade refuses; Wade can administer at home the same euthanasia injection offered in quarantine, which he’s warned is painful; or Wade can "make it quick" himself. Wade and Maggie make the most of their remaining days, reminiscing about Maggie's deceased mother. Despite Maggie's physical deterioration she struggles to maintain normality. She attends a bonfire with high school friends Allie and an infected boy, Trent , whom Maggie previously dated. He tells rumors of horrible conditions at the quarantine facilities, saying he would die before going there.

One day, Maggie smells food near her stepmother Caroline, though Caroline smells nothing and muses that Wade must be cooking downstairs. Finding the kitchen empty, Caroline realizes in horror that Maggie has begun to smell living flesh, in this case Caroline's, as food. Maggie receives a desperate call from Trent. At his home, Trent has locked himself inside his bedroom after he too felt hunger smelling another human. Maggie tries to comfort him but watches helplessly as the police forcibly remove . To be continued.

Data Transfer- Internet

File sharing is an example of transferring large amounts of data across the Internet. A computer file can be emailed to customers, colleagues and friends as an attachment. It can be uploaded to a website or File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server for easy download by others. It can be put into a "shared location". These simple features of the Internet, over a worldwide basis, are changing the production, sale, and distribution of anything that can be reduced to a computer file for transmission. This includes all manner of print publications, software products, news, music, film, video, photography, graphics and the other arts. This in turn has caused seismic shifts in each of the existing industries that previously controlled the production and distribution of these products.

Streaming media is the real-time delivery of digital media for the immediate consumption or enjoyment by end users. Many radio and television broadcasters provide Internet feeds of their live audio and video productions. They may also allow time-shift viewing or listening such as Preview, Classic Clips and Listen Again features. These providers have been joined by a range of pure Internet "broadcasters" who never had on-air licenses. This means that an Internet-connected device, such as a computer or something more specific, can be used to access on-line media in much the same way as was previously possible only with a television or radio receiver.

Emotion.

Emotions are complex. They are a state of feeling that results in physical and psychological changes that influence our behavior. The physiology of emotion is closely linked to the nervous system with various states and strengths of arousal relating, apparently, to particular emotions. Emotion is also linked to behavioral tendency. Extroverted people are more likely to be social and express their emotions, while introverted people are more likely to be more socially withdrawn and conceal their emotions. Emotions are not causal forces but simply syndromes of components, which might include motivation, feeling, behavior, and physiological changes, but no one of these components is the emotion. Nor is the emotion an entity that causes these components.

Holidays.

School’s out! How are you going to spend your well-deserved 3 months of semester break? Most university students usually spend their breaks partaking in one of these activities like internships, part-time jobs, school activities, lazing around, and of course, vacationing! As I’m writing this, I’m scrolling through Instagram pictures of my friends holidaying all over the world. There is some reasons why students should travel duing their semester break, relieve stress. Many a time, my shoulders usually feel lighter, divested of the usual academic stresses .It’s the best way to start a holiday proper, since you come back all relaxed and renergised to launch into the flurry of out-of-school activities you have lined up for yourself. And even if you don’t have time to go for a short trip until nearing the end of your holidays, it’s still worth it! It’s also a great way to conclude your semester break. Completely let go, recharge, and gear yourselves up for the next semester!

Other than tht, grow as a person. As much as we’d like to try things out for ourselves, inevitably we may be prevented from doing so by our parents, who have nothing but our best interests at heart. In other cases, our parents have also taken care of our every need. There is always a hot meal waiting for us when we get home after a long day in school, clean clothes to wear after a hot shower, a safe bed to sleep in.A huge thank you to all the daddies and mummies for these!
Travelling abroad, whether with friends or alone, makes you infinitely aware of the need to be in charge of yourself. We are responsible for our actions, our belongings, and our well-being. It becomes a do or die situation. We start to pick up on essential tips to safe guard our belongings. We learn how to protect ourselves. We learn independence. We learn responsibility. Above all, we grow, as individuals and adults.

Morever , you also can to to find yourself. We’re at that age where we don’t know what to do with ourselves. Some of us may have had our paths set for us, especially those in specialised courses. For the majority of us, we have to decide sooner rather than later what defines us, which industries and jobs we want to be in, etc. Explore your interests, do things you would never have done, really get to know yourself. Find out your passions; discover what works and what doesn’t work for you.

$ - Money

Rama is a hard worker and he is the sole bread winner of the family. He has three kids, two sons and a daughter. He lives along with father and mother. Rama used to work too hard to feed his family. He works for more than 16 hours a day. The kids cannot see him as he will leave home early in the morning before they wake-up and reach home around midnight after kids sleep every day. The entire family eagerly wait to spend quality time with him and the kids miss him so much.
The children were too curious about Sundays as his father would spend the entire day with them. Unfortunately, to meet the increasing household expenses and educational expenses, Rama took a weekend job to work even on Sundays. The kids were very shattered and even Rama’s wife and parents too!  The typical routine continued for several weeks and year passed. All the hard work of Rama earned a lot of benefits and he was offered promotion with attractive increment.

The family moved to a new house, got better clothes and ate healthy foods. However, as usual, Rama continues to earn more and more money. One day his wife asked him ‘why are you running for money? We can be happy with what we have now.’Rama replied, ‘I want to give the best available in the world to all of you and want you to stay happy always.’

Two years passed and Rama hardly spent time with his family. The children yearned to have their father at home. Meanwhile, the sincere efforts of Rama reaped him a fortune. He was offered partnership and share in profits. He continued to earn more and more wealth.
Now, Rama’s family is one of the richest families in the city. They have all the facilities and luxuries. Still, Rama’s children strove to meet their father as he was hardly seen at home.  His children turned teens and they are no more kids. Now, Rama earned enough wealth to provide a luxurious life to his next five generations.

Rama’s family went to their beach house to spend their vacation. His daughter asked, ‘Dad will you please spend one day at home and stay with us here?’Rama replied, ‘Yes darling, tomorrow for sure, I will join you for the lunch and be with you all for next few days. I’m tired of work and need refreshment!’The entire family became very happy. Unfortunately, the next day, none in Rama’s family were alive as they were washed out in Tsunami!

Rama was too busy even to hear the news about Tsunami. When he tried to reach his beach house, he saw sea and water everywhere and screamed for his family, He could not even find the dead bodies of his family.  He can never have them again, cannot even see them and even by paying millions he cannot get them back to life!  He remembered his wife’s words, ‘Why are you running for money? We can be happy with what we have now.’

Moral of the story ,Money can’t buy everything !

Lust.

Lust is an emotion or feeling of intense desire in the body. The lust can take any form such as the lust for knowledge, the lust for sex or the lust for power. It can take such mundane forms as the lust for food as distinct from the need for food. Lust is a psychological force producing intense wanting for an object, or circumstance fulfilling the emotion.

Religions, especially Christianity, separate the definition of passion and lust by further categorizing lust as being morally wrong. While passion for proper purposes is maintained as something God given and moral.

From view of Hinduism, In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna, an Avatar of Vishnu declared in verse 21, that lust is one of the gates to Naraka or hell.In this ancient manuscript the idea behind the word 'Lust' is best comprehended as the psychological force called 'Wanting'.

According to Brahma Kumaris, a spiritual organization which is based on Hindu philosophy, sexual lust is the greatest enemy to mankind and the gateway to hell. For this reason followers do not eat onions, garlic, eggs, or non-vegetarian food, as the "sulphur" in them can excite sexual lust in the body, otherwise bound to celibacy. The physical act of sex is "impure", leading to body-consciousness and other crimes. This impurity "poisons" the body and leads to many kinds of "diseases".The Brahma Kumaris teach that sexuality is like foraging about in a dark sewer. Students at Spiritual University must conquer lust in order to find the Golden Age, a heaven on earth, where children are conceived by an asexual power of mind, and lasting for 2,500 years in the peace and purity of a holy swan moving on earth, over water, and in air.

Food.

There is no ending love for food!  At the same time, some people have allergies or sensitivities to foods which are not problematic to most people. This occurs when a person's immune system mistakes a certain food protein for a harmful foreign agent and attacks it. About 2% of adults and 8% of children have a food allergy which as stated in internet. Allergens frequently produce symptoms such as diarihea, rashes, bloating, vomiting, and more. The digestive complaints usually develop within half an hour of ingesting the allergen.Rarely, food allergies can lead to a medical emergency, such as anaphylactic shock, low blood pressure, and loss of consciousness. An allergen associated with this type of reaction is peanut, although latex products can induce similar reactions.

Other health issues, human diet was estimated to cause perhaps around 35% of cancers in a human. These cancer may be caused by carcinogens that are present in food naturally or as contaminants. Food contaminated with fungal growth may contain be found in contaminated corn and peanuts. Other carcinogens identified in food include heterocyclic amines generated in meat when cooked at high temperature, polyaromatic hydrocarbons in charred meat and smoked fish, and nitrosamines generated from nitrites used as food preservatives in cured meat such as bacon.

Anticarcinogens that may help prevent cancer can also be found in many food especially fruits and vegetable. Antioxidants are important groups of compounds that may help remove potentially harmful chemicals. It is however often difficult to identify the specific components in diet that serve to increase or decrease cancer risk since many food, such as beef steak and broccoli, contain low concentrations of both carcinogens and anticarcinogens. Conclusion, eat more vegetables and stay healthy .

Beban.

JUNK FOOD!

Junk food is a pejorative term for foodcontaining high levels of calories from sugaror fat with little protein, vitamins or minerals. Junk food can also refer to high protein food containing large amounts of meat prepared with, for example, too much unhealthysaturated fat; many hamburger outlets, fried chicken outlets and the like supply food considered junk food.

Junk food can be appealing for a variety of reasons, including convenience, price and taste. For children, who do not always understand the health consequences of their eating habits, junk food may appear especially appetizing. However, regularly consuming fattening junk food can be addictive for children and lead to complications like obesity, chronic illness, low self-esteem and even depression, as well as affecting how they perform in school .

Fast-food consumption in children was linked with many dangerous precursors for obesity. According to this , kids who ate fast food were more likely to consume a higher amount of calories, fat, carbohydrates and added sugars in one fast food meal. Children who consumed more fattening foods while eating fast food were also likely, in general, to eat more unhealthy foods at other meals. According to high-calorie food can be addictive, causing children who occasionally eat fast food to learn problematic patterns of eating. These factors were found to place children who regularly ate fast food at increased risk for obesity.

Luck !

The definition of luck (or chance) varies by the philosophical, religious, mystical, or emotional context of the one interpreting it. Luck is "a purposeless, unpredictable and uncontrollable force that shapes events favourably or unfavourably for an individual, group or cause".

When thought of as a factor beyond one's control, without regard to one's will, intention, or desired result, there are at least two senses that people usually mean when they use the term, the prescriptive sense and thedescriptive sense. In the prescriptive sense, luck is a supernatural and deterministicconcept that there are forces (e.g. gods or spirits) that prescribe that certain events occur very much the way laws of physics will prescribe that certain events occur. It is the prescriptive sense that people mean when they say they "do not believe in luck". In the descriptive sense, people speak of luck after events that they find to be fortunate or unfortunate, and maybe improbable.

Therefore, cultural views of luck vary from perceiving luck as a matter of random chanceto attributing to such explanations of faith orsuperstition.

Lucky symbols are popular worldwide and take many forms.

HARI SUKAN NEGARA 10.10.15

HANDPHONES .

HANDPHONES
Handphones have become a major part of our lives. Today, it is being widely used all over the world. It has metamorphosized from being a luxury to necessity for some of us. Handphones are one of the things that we cannot do without, for one reason or another. We have come to depend on it, increasingly so, and in doing so it has become a need. Having handphones can prove to be very useful but it can also be said otherwise. There are both advantages and disadvantages to owning a handphone or being in the midst of people who own them.

Owning a handphone means one can be easily reached when on the road or when one is not at home or in the office. It can even be used when one is overseas, using the ROAM service. There are features such as voice messages and SMS, in other words, Short Message Service. This is to allow people to contact a handphone owner even if he is busy or is unable take the call. These features enable the owner of the phone to know why he is being called, so on and so forth. SMS-es help to keep it short. Without calling, you can leave a short message. Nowadays though, people use it to have conversations, especially the young, and those who find it easier to message than to talk. It is also cheaper and thus allows one to save on talk time. Another advantage would be that of being able to call whenever and wherever there is an emergency, for example when you are in a road accident or you need to call someone and there does not seem to be any public phones nearby. There are also different mobile service plans to choose from to suit one’s communication needs, be it longer talk time, free incoming or outgoing calls, or more free local SMS. As such, one can reap much benefits and save costs. Nowadays, handphones rarely just have one function, which is to make and receive calls. There are more functions and features such as listening to music, taking pictures with an in-built camera, playing games, and even logging on the internet and etc.

There are also disadvantages that come along with the usage of handphones. Firstly, there are limitations to where a handphone can be used. If there were no reception, then there would be no possibility of making or receiving calls. On another note, a person can say he is at a certain place when in fact he s somewhere else. So, you can never be too sure of where a person might actually be. User-abuse is another factor. Here, what is meant by user-abuse is the fact that some users are not considerate in that they make use of the phone in places where it is not allowed. As such they disturb others. It is one thing to let it ring loudly, but yet another, to be answering the phone. For example, in movie theatres, plays and the like. It is said that there are dangers of handphone radiation, though there is no conclusive evidence to prove a link between cancer and handphone radiation. Lastly, handphones cannot be used in most parts of hospitals as it could affect the readings on the equipments due to the radiation emitted and would pose as great danger to the patients.

Mentor

Mentorship is a personal developmental relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. The mentor may be older or younger, but have a certain area of expertise. It is a learning and development partnership between someone with vast experience and someone who wants to learn. "Mentoring" is a process that always involves communication and is relationship based, but its precise definition is elusive. Mentoring is a process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career, or professional development; mentoring entails informal communication, usually face-to-face and during a sustained period of time, between a person who is perceived to have greater relevant knowledge, wisdom, or experience.

Stress

What is Stress? Stress is a type of emotional  pressure suffered by a human being. There is two types of stress which are physical stress and psychological stress. The stress that we always refer to is the psychological  stress. Stress is divided into two which are eustress and distress. Eustress is good stress  and distress is a bad stress.  Experiencing  eustress enables us to work hard to achieve a positive result in the end. On the other hand, distress is the negative stress where we feel pressured and usually we do not feel satisfied after finishing a certain task. It is good to always practice eustress when we are doing something to gain full emotional satisfaction after completing a task.

OBESITY

Good evening everyone,
Are you aware of the silent killer that is fast evolving among us? Yes you're right, I'm talking about obesity. It is clearly evident that this 'plague' is killing more people than chronic diseases will ever do.  What leads up to this health threat? How do you think this issue can be solved? Fortunately, as we all know, where there's a will there's a way.

Obesity is a condition where a person has accumulated so much body fat that it might have a negative effect on their health. If a person's bodyweight is at least 20% higher than it should be, he or she is considered obese. If your Body Mass Index (BMI) is between 25 and 29.9 you are considered overweight.

Dieting and exercising are the main treatments for obesity. Diet quality can be improved by reducing the consumption of energy-dense foods, such as those high in fat and sugars, and by increasing the intake of dietary fiber. With a suitable diet, anti-obesity drugs may be taken to reduce appetite or decrease fat absorption.
Obesity is a leading preventable cause of death worldwide, with increasing rates in adults and children. Authorities view it as one of the most serious public helath problems of the 21st century.Obesity is stigmatized in much of the modern world.
